Return Policy
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we are happy to help! Contact us Monday - Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm at 605.331.6610 or email us at cougarcentral@usiouxfalls.edu. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to initiate a return. Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.
- All sales on gift certificates and clearance items are final.
- All items must be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition with the original tags and receipt/packing slip.
- Due to limited availability, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a NEW order for your preferred style/size.
- All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Returns can be made in store or by mail. We do not issue return labels; the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Send returns to:
