If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Contact Cougar Central customer service to receive a return authorization number and/or initiate an exchange for online orders.
All refunds must be applied to a credit card. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. All sales on clearance/discount items are final.
All items must be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition with the original tags and receipt. Include all original packaging and paperwork that you received with the order.
