Shipping Information

We will give your order prompt attention. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays and school breaks. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. If your order cannot be completed, you will be notified. 

We ship USPS, so please provide your complete street address and apartment number if applicable. Cougar Central bases shipping costs on the total weight of your order.

Free In-Store Pickup: Under the Delivery section of the checkout process, please select Pick Up. An email notification with instructions will be sent once the order is ready. Pick up is currently available Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm. 

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchase:

• All major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa)
• PayPal

Cougar Central Loyalty Cards are only eligible for in-store purchases and are not honored for online purchases.  Gift cards are not currently available for purchase online nor are they redeemable online; Gift certificates purchased in the store can only be used in the store.

Sizing and Product Info

All tops and bottoms are considered unisex (men’s) size unless specifically designated as a women’s garment.

Garments made of 100% cotton will shrink approximately 2%. We recommend ordering the next size larger. This rule also applies to Reverse/Weave items with a 95/5 blend.
